Swamiji travels frequently to various countries and allows people who yearn Her guidance and blessings to have an audience with Her. Her love and humility has no boundary. Swamiji remains very accessible to all through various activities open to people of all faiths. Like a mother whose warmth comforts her child, Swamiji gives Her time selflessly to all persons who come for guidance. Swamiji helps them realize their true potential and ability to overcome whatever challenges that come their way.
The term Darshan literally means to see or get vision of God or Guru. Ancient scriptures have taught the priceless value of receiving Darshan from the Guru. The Guru is your guide in removing the dust of ignorance and ego from within. The Guru provides transformative counselling to inspire holistic development needed for living your material and spiritual life. Therefore the Guru’s blessings are of paramount importance. Sri Jayanthi Kumaraswami allows personal darshan where you have the opportunity to ask any question to Her regarding your personal life challenges, to simply share your personal thoughts with Swamiji or to request a live pray for yourself and your family
Swamiji says She has not come to lecture people but instead to answer their specific questions in order to remove specific doubts from our minds. As such, Sri Jayanthi Kumaraswami facilitates 2-3 hour interactive question & answer sessions where the public is allowed to offer any question relating to spirituality, social issues, and other general questions. Swamiji does not take personal questions during these sessions. Satsanghs happen in two ways; officially at a public gallery or more casually over snacks at Swamiji’s place of stay
This is an opportunity to let your body unwind and your mind awaken. This is your second chance to live a life conscious that you are one with the universe. Swamiji will guide you to work within yourself to be in control of your emotions, to stay calm in the middle of commotion, and to generate energies to help you find clarity in making decisions and to improve your presence of mind in everyday situations.
VMH consists of several types of practices merged together to provide an intense three-hour activity for purification of the mind, absorbing cosmic energy, healing, and relaxation; all guided live by Sri Jayanthi Kumaraswami.
Note: Swamiji also conducts overnight retreats where participants can experience and learn more with an extended list of activities and spend quality time with Swamiji.
Sri Jayanthi Kumaraswami conducts a special ritual called Homa or Yajna on the night of every full moon. It is an ancient fire ritual where ingredients are offered into the Agni (fire) while chanting mantras. While many may be familiar with this ritual, Swamiji’s homa is one of a kind, with Her own unique mantras and process. She conducts these homas for world peace, and also offers prayers for individuals. The general public is sometimes given the opportunity to witness this ritual live and request offerings to be made on their behalf.
In January 2020, Swamiji performed the Maha Yajna for Peace in Trinidad where She invited spiritual leaders representing different faiths such as Hinduism, Christianity, Islam, Spiritual Baptist, The First Peoples Community (Indigenous people) and Orisha, to collectively pray for peace in the Caribbean nation and across the globe.
